THE SNATCH OF SLEEP Sleep deprivation to a mind- is worse than the abuse of drugs.. it makes you delusional... unable to clearly distinguish- between truths, fantasy and illusions.... a rested mind is always.. good for your own sake.. better see to it that.. that you are not negleting- the sweet adventures of lala land.. as you toil for your daily bread.
