SNAKES AND LADDERS

SNAKES AND LADDERS* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ slinking silently slithering in the shadows serpent's vicious spite look to the ladder looming long in languid lines life’s lofty ascent

so witty your comment was. I didn't know until recently that Chutes and Ladders was the American version of Snakes and Ladders...learned something new this week. Thanks for visiting and for your charming with, Sara

Your haikus are well crafted, depicting in great imagery and humorous style snakes that I assume are frequent to see where you are.

thank you, dear Sotto. Glad you appreciate the humor...alliteration and humor I don't 'do' very often :-) Snakes aren't too frequent here but when we lived in El Paso, rattlesnakes were fairly common....scary...have a great week ahead, Texas hugs, Sara

I've never played the game...in its original form. Played chutes and ladders which I understand is base on the snakes and ladders game.
