Smarmy Lady

I once met a lady from Killarney
Her tendencies leaned toward the smarmy
Wore the briefest of shorts
Couldn’t hide her big warts
But, she could handle the Irish army.

I remember as an (immature) college student at an all-men's school calling this 'pulling train.' Bring on the Marines. :) gw

Ooohoohoo! This really made me laugh. Guess when they don't see a lady that often she doesn't have to be a classy lassie. Loved it. God Bless my friend. JB

Andrea, I read Jack Ellison's limericks every morning, and he always gives me a hearty laugh. Well, today, I decided to do another one. Occasionally, I get the urge to write a limerick. They are fun. Thanks for your read.
