Six Feet Deep
the way you move
the way you talk
all captured
as photographs
the way you laugh
the way you cry
forever caught
as memories
but memories and photos
are all I have,
because between you and me
all that remains is a broken friendship
your gaze
your smile
will burn in my mind
your name
your scent
I will never forget
in vain for six feet deep you stay
forever this way
