Since You Asked

Should she reveal 
to you
     the secrets of her 
soul?
     It's a question 
                  which you may
find
    yourself adking 
after she enters your life
        A dim light 
in the distance
          reflects in her eyes
          A time will 
come 
   when the night 
covers 
     the both of
you
it's a long wait 
             until sunrise
you must endure
      the darkness until the
brillant light of 
         morning
         signals
         a new beginning
Since you asked 
  I will tell 
you
  the morning of your 
life has begun
      and you've escaped from 
the cage   
       which is your rational
thought
 the beating of your heart
is the rhythm which guides you
back 
  to the shores of love   
         a new beginning
