Simple Pleasures

Spoken softy on the breeze
lightly touching my senses
Breath as soft as you please
leaving me feeling defenseless.

Morning kisses on my cheek
with sleepy eyes a smiling
Your touch I longing seek
giving each day a silver lining.

Snuggled close at this late hour
peaceful and ever so content
Only you hold over me this power
you are where I want my life spent.

Simple pleasures make me complete
like little glances over your shoulder
A quick glance from you cant be beat
as we both gracefully grow older.
