Silent One in the Skies

The morning is walking in its own pride And courage is leaning by my side The sun is rising up from the east and fire is burning in the belly of the beast Morning is shining all over the place And the evening sun is melting their faces Strange things are happening in town And the multitude is moving around With bags on backs and babies Strapped to their mother’s bosom And young children holding on to their mother’s frock. I don’t know where they are going But they are moving, the birds on the line Are bidding them goodbye as They hurry to board the express train One family struggle in the crowd dragging the overweight Suit case on the ground Leaving more than years of their life Behind them hoping that life in the new place will treat them kind as they battle with the unknown on their mind. There is movement everywhere and It cause the people to fear. No one knows what is happening But all that they can see Is the universe moving with the sea And the sun is running in front of it. Oh silent one in the sky Come and minister to my Soul before my spirit dies The circumstances around me is draining my energy, there is no place to abide here for chaos is everywhere in the street and it is disrupting my heart beat The skies have turned blue and the sun is in full swing But something under the heavens makes me want to sing There is no time to think so leave that place before the The earth starts to blaze; smoke is bellowing from the other side And there isn’t enough time, grab what you can find and run Before you perish from the heat in the earth and the energy Radiating from the burning sun Oh silent one in the sky Come and help us before The earth opens its boiling gut.
