still all over town
those tired election signs
winners and losers
both droop in tired defeat
Now these damn signs have to go

Great one Barbara. Over here if the signs are not taken down within a month there is a fine of €1000. people ring in to the radio stations to report any left up. Just came across the Tanka and envy people like you who can write like this. Thanking you, Eamon

yes, yes, yes, they should take the signs down. enough is enough. some are traffic hazards. I know , lets fine them for littering. A great write. Jancarl !!
