I like the combination of acrostic and alliterations. Very powerful and painting a picture of the very sign of the times. Kai

I haven't had a chance to even read the contest page, but I needn't do so to know that you nailed this! I agree with each line and the alliteration serves to drive each of your 'sad' points home. I'm tempted to go 70s and say this is 'right-on.' If we could change the world ... Poetry hugs ... CayCay
