“sight not seen”


at sunrise 
clouds rise 

between 

the sun 
and me

thus this partial 
annular solar 
eclipse will 
be totally 
missed

tonight the 
earth slips 

between 

the sun 
and me

becoming
a new

moon

Loved this one Jeff. I can take it in different ways. It' s like an abstract picture. I have to guess. Maybe tonight you face life with somebody else?..This is really intelligent.

Thank you Maria. I wrote this the night of last months solar eclipse. Here it was cloudy and so I didn't get to see it :(

this is quite a show, an eclipse, a surprising poem, who can work as ametaphor of love, i guess, splendid poem Jeff yann
