When Moses was warming his hands God issued a set of commands God etched them in stone And heard Moses moan, "The Rock of Elvis will rock bands!"

You have combined two epic characters in your fine limerick, Moses the one who led Israelites from captivity and the other the unquestioned king of rock and roll!

Good one, and I loved the reference to Elvis. I am seeing trailers at the theater of a new Elvis movie coming out. It looks good. Tom hanks is in it too.

I don't know any old man who would lug a rock down a mountainside; most use their hand for a cane or walking stick, and would instead lay claim to a lucrative new tourist attraction except few could read so most would rely upon a tour guide's explanation, contributing to the confusion rampant today . . . .
