Forceful truths
captive to 
glistening diamond
watered ice 
descends
upon her
mothers  
blacked inky
oceans sea's
couch,
uncomplaining
peaceful
sleep
at
last.

Thank you for kind comment. Loss is hard to put into words as it can be different for everyone, but l think everyone feels a sense of 'should have' guilt, till passage of time gives release from that guilt, which brings us peace, at last.

Thank you for kind comment. lm not sure where my inspiration came from for this poem, as at time of writing l was thinking of a completely different theme, but for some reason, this this one came..very strange.
