She Wanders Alone

She wanders alone In silent melody Reciting each moment Of past epiphanies Of wonder and intrigue She gathers each stone Placing precisely Along the road Looking back Each stone lie in memory A time, a reflection Of love and misery She waits by the door Silent and subdued For the return of her love As she sings the blues She wanders alone In silent melody Reciting each moment Of past epiphanies
