There’s an old worn out hall with an old worn out rug,
Covering the old worn out floor,
To an old withered keyhole with an old rusted key,
On a beaten decrepit old door,
And this door is her chance to create a new world,
A new world that isn’t defined,
By the old of the past that she once lived within,
This old world she’s now leaving behind,
And stepping right through to a new door of a life,
And watching the sun shine on in,
Watching her world become something completely different,
For her new life now to begin,
And all it took was a new take on life,
To open the door with the key,
To start her life all over again,
And be happy, full of music, and free.
