She Sits Alone
She sits alone among the pews
A word she will not even share
She listens to the gospel news
Of One whose life they would not spare
A word she will not even share
Because deep in thought is she
Of One whose life they would not spare
On top that hill called Calvary
Because deep in thought is she
When thinking of the things He's done.
On top that hill called Calvary
The price He paid so she'd overcome
When thinking of all the things she's done
Then wonders why He loves me
The price He paid so she'd overcome
Will be the thing that sets her free
Then wonders why He loves me
As she accepts this love that's given
Will be the thing that sets her free
So that she can enter heaven
As she accepts this love that's given
A new life will surely now begin
So that she can enter heaven
To now and forever be with Him
A new life will surely now begin
She listens to the gospel news
To now and forever be with Him
She sits alone among the pews
