She Said-Aint Nobody's Fault But Mine

She said (part two)
" Aint nobody's fault but mine......" she said
"My eyes were wide open yet closed with a curtain of uncertainty and hope;
my vision blocked, stripped naked of signs of deceit, unguarded optimism and mere recollection
"Aint nobody's fault but mine.......;
I put my hand on a soft surface covering a mountain of dirt & grime.
my head bared deep in a hollow cave of mar & ruthless spoil.
"Aint nobody's fault but mine...." she shouted
i forgot to put my priorities straight, forgot to open my heart to God's guidance...."
Aint nobody's fault but mine ...." she shook her head.
"So i'm gonna ground this soul of mine back to its roots;
back where it knew how to grow fruitfully, from strength to strength:
where it knew how to fight & joy for one self & still make room for others."
nurse it back, back to the point of Grace , back to being a firm believer.
coz really......"it aint nobody's fault but mine..."
imma step out of this box , step aside & let God take charge, step aside and breathe for a while.;
step aside & be selfish for a minute.....
Step aside and take some of that power back...." she smiled
coz it aint nobobdy's fault but mine".........................

Even when we don't realize it God is in charge. Another excellent reflective and sensitive piece of writing. I enjoy your poetic voice.
