A Love That Lasts.....
She Does
It's one thing to make a promise
When there's more than enough
'Another thing to keep it
As the going gets tough
When it comes to hard times
We've had more than our share
These days, when it seems
Every couple we know
Are breaking hearts...
Just letting love go
They can't seem to find
A reason to ....care
She does....
She stands by my side
Giving all that she has
Her arms open wide
She does....
What it takes to go on
In a world where commitment
Doesn't last very long...
We're still together....
Stronger than ever...
And it's all because.......
She didn't just say
I do...that day...
She does
When my confidence is shaking
'Like an old man's hand
When the rock she leans on..
Feels more like the sand
When I need to be inspired...
And I think nobody can...
She does.....
She stands...by my side.....
