Sexy Sadie

A tall single rose
Breaking through a lowly pit of thorns
Much too vibrant
And much too free

Sadie Sexy Sadie
Alone trapped and overwhelmed
How could they have been so blind
So cold and ruthless
To such innocent beauty

Your smile your eyes your charm
So sweet so gentle and so fragile
Misunderstood and abused
Sadie Sexy Sadie
Pinned to a bed of thorns
