SEVEN FOR CHAOS AND ORDER-Town Tempest The town is terrorized by a tempest’s sudden onslaught, torrents of rain run like rivers down sidewalks and dance in bubbles on hot asphalt streets. Wicked winds rip and toss the metro's demeanor. A rainbow appears in a half clear sky. God’s promise sign seems to assure all humankind, "This city has survived the terror of the tempest." 1/29/17 SEVEN FOR CHAOS AND ORDER Sponsored by: nette onclaud

Such wonderful imagery presented in your well-written poem, Janis. A perfect theme for 'chaos' and 'order', and congratulations on your fine placement in the contest. Hugs, Sandra

Descriptive picture of a tempest and calm aftermath. I think 8-11 words for every line is asked. GL in the finals!

This was great Janis. I missed the contest completely so I have no idea what the rules were, but this seems wonderful for what I have seen.

A great take on the contest theme and the thought of a severe storm sure would be chaotic Janis and scary to be caught up in, but the rainbow brings hope of brighter days:-) hugs jan xx
