She's set her mind free like fallen Autumn leaves
Embracing mindfulness in the cool September air
Reconnecting with her joyous inner child
Easing up her jangled nerves, meditating away
Negative voices in her head, actively listening to the
Incessant rustling of red and gold leaves.
The ambience so peaceful as she relishes her
Yen to be free of mundane concerns. Hosanna!
Awakening all senses; gradually resurrecting her
Withered verve, cap-a-pie. Her hair blowing in the
Autumn wind as she communes with ghosts of the past,
Keeping steadfastly firm her spiritual...
Equilibrium while blocking out external
Noises threatening to perturb her
Equanimity. In autumnal piece of mind as she...
Drowns in a sea of unadulterated bliss.
