what we think
is what we write,
we,ourselves,at first to
delight;
Perhaps
for others
verse to amuse,
illuminate,maybe
enthuse;
Our style,
our genre,
we cannot hide-
just as we can't push back
the tide

I find this to be very true. You have a style that is completly unique to you, as do I. I must tell you how much I am enjoying 'Retrspective'. This is a magnificent literally tool that I will always keep by my side when writing. You are a great mentor, Brian. Through your teachings I am inspired to be a better writter. Thank you. Elaine
