Selfie

A teacher by choice, a poet by chance and a wife and mother blest
Sensitive to such extent that even others’ misery moves me to tears.
Time has mellowed me, still like a child, touchy and itchy.

You sound like me..lol. I think of myself as the princess from the fairytale, “The Princess and the Pea.” Through a bunch of mattresses the Princess could still feel the pea that was planted at the bottom.
