Self-Love

be gentle with yourself like fragile glass. you're only human, imperfectly perfect, we're all a little broken. it's no use dwelling in the past; abandon regrets and mistakes there. whenever you fall down, you'll rise back up. no matter how i n f i n i t e s i m a l, anything troubling will come to pass, take time to focus on your breath, remember this, friend, there isn't a thing broken within or out of yourself that you can't fix! treat yourself with great care.
