Self-Destruction

What is to become of mankind if humans refrain from being refined?
Are we headed for self-destruction in this world full or moral seduction?

Why are there always lies and excuses?
The flames on the bombs burn quick on their fuses

A life can be sad for an innocent victim who faces societies whims and convictions

Hours grow short and people must realize the human heart is fruitful

It can love. It can laugh. It can cry.

People, like roses, can shimmer and shine
be beautiful, loving and ever so fine

Only people provoke pain and hate which results in emptiness. A terrible fate!

When the seeds begin to blossom and the petals take their form
the rose will be all beauty and rise above the storm
