Segovia and Madrid
SEGOVIA AND MADRID
I land on this wee planet of Segovia.
Has blood-red skies, like Transylvania.
Knees start knocking, afraid to answer.
The room grows suddenly cold..brrr.
Suddenly a star, happenstance a ship
appears and I hop in it, as I flip
off the fanged nightmare I leave behind.
We head for Madrid - the bulls are more kind.
I sing a song:
~ Between Segovia and Madrid
Two wondrous destinations
I live to tell the tale of both ~
~ Segovia’s blood thirsty
Oh, the torture’s never ending
The sky’s on fire
It’s the living dead ~
~ But Madrid, oh you’ll live
It’ll chase you down
What a thrill ~
~ You’re full of bull if you think
You can outrun Count Dracula
Come drink in life
O Madrid ~
