Look inside hide not in fairy tales the universe is protons and neutrons there is no one God in the sky seeking divinity, with boiled blood fantasies and fables become undone humans are a speck of dust whatever illusions create your exotic desires whatever the creator will not look at your garden he will see into your heart that black holes do indeed exist

No loving eternal father would make his children burn endlessly in fire. This i strongly believe.

Arthur, as one who does not believe in fables either, I also believe there is too much order and beauty in the world for it to have sprung up spontaneously without real purpose. I love the deep and sophisticated way you wrote on this topic. although I do not accept it. i agree with someone who commented down here on the evil done by the religious. Some of the most horrendous examples of brutality and bigotry have been exhibited by religious zealots, and this hardly makes a case for their beliefs

Excellent existential poetry, Arthur. A veritable atheist handbook guide for an innervision journey. Your sharp pen pricks the staid POV's. Very thought provoking write. Love and smiles and smiles of joy.

Free verse must be your forte, Arthur, because this poem takes a powerful swing at our lack of significance in the universe. This would make a great entry for the "Atheist" contest, if it hasn't already been entered. For me, faith and science coexist, but I can certainly understand this point of view. Awesome, my friend. Keep writing. Hugs, Carolyn
