Seeing You

I feel you running scared on the fringes wondering whether or not I've left debating with yourself, is she hiding?" inside myself I look out seeing you

Glad you're having fun in Boston, Annalise! If you do go on board the Constitution, you may hear the sounds of the spirits of old sailors there. I thought I did. Enjoy your trip!! Love, Carolyn

When we look inside ourselves, we never know what we'll find, Annalise. In this case, you actually "found yourself" as many people often try to do. Be careful though -- too much self-reflection can make us lose sight of the things that are truly valuable in life. Compelling poem! Love, Carolyn
