Seasons' Promise

Summer lies sleeping somewhere in fields of daisies her warm breeze waltzes with each blade of grass Autumn’s reclined wrapped within soft, cool mists her nursery of seeds and parched leaves put to bed Winter has awoken and rides the frigid northern winds Ushering in a moment of slumber to proffer the circle of life And... spring will come tomorrow, a new beginning to champion When all asleep arise once more, with burst of colors everywhere! ~*~ 01/'14

So many people love the Spring, as that is when life blossoms and things start to warm up...but I love the fall, Autumn has many colors too and they are Earthly colors and things start to cool down here! This is a wonderful write based on all four seasons, the mistresses of the seasons come out to play within each verse of yours! I surely enjoyed reading this phenomenal poem this evening! What a terrific piece, quite the illustrious poem, Great Work!!
