Seasons
She dances where the lilacs grow
Bejeweled in blossoms of every hue
She whispers softly to the winds that blow
Spring has turned the drab into the new
Awakening the flowers to bloom
Bejeweled in blossoms of every hue
Summer spreads her sweet perfume
As she dances briefly with the butterflies
And the flowers have awakened in bloom
Through the air a gold leaf flies
As autumn blows the leaves away
And summer dances briefly with the butterflies
Winter turns blue skies to gray
As she dances with the falling snow
And all the leaves have blown away
A dance of seasons that come and go
the dance of spring where lilacs grow
The sweet caress of a summer breeze
A burst of colors with autumn leaves
And winter's dance with falling snow.
