Seasonal Reminder
It won't be long before winter's blasts
With chaffing cold and white out conditions
come to pass, are done, deemed complete
Our forests far too frozen and fast asleep
to have the strength to harbor
winters freezing keep
The lakes and ocean
hunger now, for noise with friendly
soaring wings, pattering feet
Beaches and trail winding
paths of Earthly encounter
with so many a pristine rustic retreat
The Sun of Spiritual Mother
and Rivers of Father Nature
On Earthly majestic beat
Coming again, warmly
knowingly, serenely
expectant of more new days to begin... no longer bleak
