Oh!! I remember the Sears stores that carried the roasting nuts and the sesame sticks. Sad that they went the way of some stores with their closing. Thanks for participating in my contest. Sara

it's sad to see them all going away. Did you have Woolworths? I think that one is out now too. One day there will be only Amazon and we will won't even have a reason to go out anymore and dress up anyway. So why are we ordering clothes and jewelry??

Thanks for writing. The dollar stores took over what the five and dimes stores were. You are so right, "it's sad to see them all going away."
