SEARCH FOR ME

SEARCH FOR ME on the dusty bookshelf,
in this room filled with very old books.
I sit here waiting to be chosen,
needing to be read by a reader.
Do you know it is hard to find me?
Old books standing cover to cover,
wait for a reader to SEARCH FOR ME.
I long to be in your loving hands,
and being read by your loving eyes.

Beautiful. I am not sure about nine lines. She said to use eight but something confusing made me look again at her rules. But if you see her example, it uses 8 lines.

Her rules had 8 on the top and 9 at the bottom. She said, 8 or 9 in soup mail back. It was so much fun to bring to life. I love old book stores. I say, a book follows me home like a puppy. Hahaha!!!
