Sciatica

oops - can't do it can't stay at the computer too long this chair is really hard on my back i'm still feeling that sciatica pain that hollow tube of pain from my lower back down through my kneecap and a little further down sometimes all the way down to my toes sciatica sucks (all the energy out) sciatica!

OH I can relate so much - I had to cancel a holiday last year - I could barely walk from the pain and was totally laid up unable to do a darn thing sadly it happened again in March and after 16 years I gave up my job as I couldn't risk being un reliable and needing time off never knowing when the back issue would start off again:-( hugs Jan xx

Thanks, Jan! Yeah, I was debating whether to cancel a trip this week which I'd been planning for a while. Decided to go ahead with it and just spend an hour every day in the pool or hot tub. Ouch!!
