Saying Good-Bye

My heart plummets as torrents of rain Beat against my foggy window Pummeling the glass as I Stare at the phone You said you'd call and now it's been Days since you said good-bye Leaving me to pine away The long hard hours Is your imprint on somebody's sheets Your sights on someone new? You're breaking my heart Just don't do it I gaze at the walls as they close in With each hour you disappear From my heart and soul Farewell my love
