SCALING MY HEART
SCALING MY HEART
Fiery tough twists a blade
Oozing plough digs a hole
On the scale raging all days
On a scar; not healed on rolls
Way back I weighed lot better
On my path; battered to the letter
To think of my loin asking a grip
And see my breath holding a riff
Abundance called a tone of grace
Spoke to my heart a tone of relief
Just back when grass was all green
Smiled a ton of relief on my heart
What Now?
They asked me
There!
You'll get a rain
Will I join a cat race; will I ?
Will I pick a chariot band?
All wants to glue to the dance
All wants to dance to the tune
Save me a time
Let me check my heart
Whence forth it goeth
Turf on its nest can wait
Scaling my heart
Checking for a wrinkle
Bailing my hale and hearty
Checking for a dimple
Is it in right condition
Has attrition got'n o'er it?
On the far felt wind of tuss
On the sinister imposed by men
Come home to thy abode
Says nine to ten on my rhymes
To give all; collect no such biles
Nurse no evil; they infest thee by
On a day; you'll be calm
I'll fix all the dimples, zapped!
Take up thy dried fragments
Net it up with blood, circulate!
Till all its reaches smile
And all its gall taken away
Constantly scaling and re-scaling
Till weight on the balance is right
