When I wrote each of these two Haikus over different seasons, they initially stood out to me as a standalone Haiku.  However, after much contemplation, I believe they make a wonderful Haiku Sequence, for they emotionally complement each other.

She is my sonnet: Sapphire eyes and honey hair… Smile within my storm- A rare blue rose blooms… Her psalm, a winter night’s flame, My heart, warm, flutters.

Dear Daniel, I am struck by the contrasting yet complimentary beauty (sunny/snowy, summer/winter, stormy/serene.. or a cherished love at different seasons of life) of these two haiku, which when strung together, provide an expression of a full and romantic appreciation for your "sonnet". How exquisite! Lovely vivid word choices stir wonderful thoughts and emotions. I adore the poem and the intriguing title too, which captivated my imagination immediately. Warmest wishes.. ~Susan

Hello Daniel. Good Morning. Yes, the haikus can stand separately and together as a whole as well. You did well placing them together. Love truly speaks. Thank you for sharing your poetic talent. Have a wonderful day. Take Care (smile)

Thanks Tom, Haikus can be just plain and it takes effort as you know to really say something in suchba few words.
