Same Same But Different

In eyes of others, we may seem apart..
Yet deep within, we share a common heart.
Our voices may speak in differing tongue..
But in our souls, the same emotions run.

The world may paint us with diverse hue..
But blood that runs within is just as true.
Our dreams and fears, alike in every way..
In love and loss, we all have our say.

So let us celebrate our diversity..
Embrace the differences that we all see.
For though we're different, we share a common flame..
In the grand design, we are the same.
