Salad fresh, cool, crisp with
Sweet onion dressing tossed;
Salt and pepper a must !
Spinach added for health;
Sprinkled herbs for delight;
Steak strips added is nice !

Congrats on your health conscious win, Constance. I too enjoy a good salad. Alas I can never decide between boiled eggs, ham or grated cheese…. I solve this dilemma by having all three ;-) Terry
