We breathe all the time, without thought. When we intentionally breathe, the thoughts fill our brains with oxygen! Love it!

I am a Christian who believes with all my heart that God exists and Jesus died for our sins and rose again. I read the bible (God’s word) and pray to Him. Because of the blood of Jesus who sacrificed Himself on the cross, I have access to God. Jesus is the manifestation of God in human form and His Spirit resides with us now. It all makes sense to me and when I became a Christian I began to see the signs of God’s existence. Well, that is me.

Thanks but I still don't fully grasp. Guess I am not that spiritual yet. Hope to meet with the Guru next year
