Saffron Summer

Golden sets of surfs surfaces delve a surreal saffron sky,
Sands surrender shoeless soles that traipsed an eclipsing trail,
Amber rays supremely herald as an ocher beach comply,
Gild glitters halcyon flocked doves sprung free a summer's veil.

I was told by another souper, if my poem was placed in another contest, sponsors will 'state' as being welcomed, whereto, you did not. I do not list my poems as an honorable mention lest it's the top three spots, irrespective of its placement #. My next sponsored contest will just be for the top 3 and none other.
