Paul, thanks for visiting and for the comment, when writing this poem I was reminded of my father's French Canadian Baked Beans, his specialty, it was quite the production with a special bean pot, they were quite delicious but could be used as weapons, I would just keep away from them for obvious reasons but miss my father and his bean pot ~

Did you say 'silly'? But most Limericks are silly or humorous! I enjoyed yours, though I would not want to be in place of Donner and Blitzen! gl in Carolyn's contest. Regards // paul
