Rocky and Kitty's Love Story
They were predestined or so they thought
To hate each other;this lie they bought
Until one day when Kitty was straying
And Rocky caught a glimpse of her laying
So pretty and sweet out in the sun
His very first impulse was to run
But gazing at her he changed his mind
Even though he knew she wasn't his kind
Timidly Rocky rambled up to her
Heard the musical tones of that purr
He knew right then that he was smitten
Rocky just had to have that kitten!
Kitty yawned and opened her eyes
She looked at him and what a surprise!
She was struck by love at first sight
These two that normally would fight!
He carried her into his love nest
And you can likely guess the rest!
The forest's odd couple they became
The animal kingdom was never the same!
