Road Choice
Road Choice
Miracle Man
6/12/2022
Life has been long and road not straight,
but on its shoulder, one day I rested.
At 28, God caused thoughts to gyrate,
Cancer changed my path when tested.
That day life changed, Cancer was the key,
like a stop sign introduced to my living.
During this dark day Jesus rescued me,
and from my past sins HE was forgiving.
To that point, I’d traveled the widest road,
and earlier miles found life unraveling.
Often I strained beneath my heavy load,
now I bemoan that road I was traveling.
Matthew 7:14 KJV
“Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”
