Sophia Amoruso Quote: "Without risk there is no reward and no change."

What is risk if not an invitation to break through our existing stagnation. We have given up our precious freedom and invited in a life of boredom. Could coincidences in life be clues? Are they hints, the direction we should choose? Should we unleash the habits of our past? Should we break them like chains, take risks at last? Our fear has imprisoned us in the known, stealing from us rewards of the unknown. The known is comfort and security. Unknowns’ reward is creativity. Go to where creativity exists. There’s no reward without taking the risk.

how motivating your words are, dear Bill. I agree with each line...especially 'there's no reward without the risk.' We can attest to that in our lives, love & hugs, Sara

Now that a big yes, Sara. We've definitely taken a lot of risks in our life together. We've had them work for good and had some not work at all. :-) We've always learned from our mistakes though. Smiles to my Eastside Writing Bear. Sugar Bear

I'm agree, Jay. The risks are usually worth it if your head is on straight. :-) Have a great weekend, my friend. Bill

No reward without risk, so true Bill, we have to chance that our poems are read, they’re out there so we have to hope for the best… Beryl
