Ring Cyberspace Bells
Ring, Cyberspace Bells
Vitriol is crowding cyberspace;
A year of gaseous utterances unleashed and hanging;
Close your eyes, imagine a global warming of utterances;
It must be dissipated – no, dissolved.
Burst open spewing beautiful heart!.
Lean back in that easy chair;
Close your eyes, without fanfare.
Breathe into cyberspace’s sulphuric gas
The antidote, your own soul’s buried prettiness.
Melt away, delete, strike cyber trash!
Wispy clouds across the moon.
A newborn babe’s first smile;
Riding a convertible on a perfect day,
Sunflower fields for a mile.
The expression on a girl friend’s face,
As she accepts your hard-earned ring.
A wandering wind caught between hills,
When they happily start to sing
Fall leaves dancing like jewels
On old gnarled and stately trees;
Silver streaks, twinkling reflections.
On a lovely lapping lake at eve.
Now I have started a prism’d ball,
Of exquisite glittering pastel things.
Lie back, lie back, create your own
‘Til cyberspace bells start to ring.
