Repentance

I’m sorry Lord for being to selfish As I thought I was the only one in need I only brought before you my prayers Forgetting about my neighbor You told me to love my neighbor as myself but how could I not remember that Remember that when I pray and I pray for them Remember that when I laugh and I laugh with them But I did it different I only cared for me I’m sorry I only thought I was the only one going through a hard time Until I saw my neighbors world falling apart And I realized how loveless I was And my heart is broken not knowing what to do Oh Lord I am sorry
