Remind Me
Walk me through a summer day
Glide me on a breeze
Take me where the tide may roam
To see is what I want
Caress my skin with your grass so green
And soothe my angst with song
Rustle up your menagerie for show
To experience is what I want
Bathe me in your rains so cold
Wrap me with your warming rays
Love me with your beautiful displays
To feel is what I want
Awe me with your mighty force
Make me tremble with your power
Show me I am powerless before you
To be humbled is what I want
Remind me of the love I’ve lost
Stir emotions that have been misplaced
Love me with displays of beauty
The World is tough but built of wonder
I only despair when I forget
