Remembering When

I remember when jumping rope was so much fun.
It didn't leave me breathless way back then.
Hours with friends singing jump rope songs.
Repeating rhymes as we jumped again and again.

I remember when time didn't matter as much.
Is it me or is time going faster these days?
It's not like I've a lot of activities to do,
But time just gets away, leaving me in a daze.
