Remember Today
I made sound waves with moments of magic
to express my compassion through the logic
for her
to stir
with a million other giggles in laughter
I dream of an imperfect variety
Offer choices with my anonymity
for I wish
to nourish
the comforts of a thought to relinquish
I become ubiquitous in nature
human flesh intertwined with dew azure
she sees
then frees
the darkness of the night from vacancies
I watch the brilliance of a single girl
sail past the glory of her given world
with homage
and courage
and the opportunity for privilege
If only she can remember to fly
while staring into the boundless sky.
