A Relish Cake-Not For a Contest

What a horrible thought it would make to think a pastry chef would ever bake a delicate confection we know as cake with chopped pickles...Oh, what a fake! I prefer relish on a juicy hot dog in a bun but not a relish cake. No, thank you, hun. Not even a taste if you held a loaded gun. That's all I have to say, and now I'm done... except to note this is not for the contest judged by the one who thinks she's the best.
